TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Currently all the jewellery is made by hand by Sofía Rocha in Barcelona, Spain.

If the jewel you want is out of stock, this will take 4 to 5 weeks to crafting, however some items may take up to 7 weeks at busy times & depending on our supply chain.

Ready to Ship items allow 3-4 days to ship. If you need an item sooner or by a specific date, please contact us HERE and we will try our best to accommodate your deadline.



SHIPPING OPTIONS AND TAXES

-International and domestic economic delivery is a flat rate of €8.
Using national post services with a tracking number.
Is delivered within 30-60 business days from the date of shipping

-International standart delivery we use
DHL, UPS or Fedex with a tracking number.
Is delivered within 5 - 10 business days from the date of shipping.

Delivery times are estimates by the post office and Sofía Rocha is not responsible for late deliveries by mail office.

For all other international destinations outside European Community, taxes & duties are not included, you may be charged by your local customs office upon delivery.
These charges are responsibility of the customer.



RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For bespoke orders, we do not offer refunds if you change of mind once the production has started.

If you want to return your item, may be returned for an exchange or credit note within 10 days of receiving the item. Exchange requests are subject to item availability and at the discretion of Sofía Rocha. Credit notes will be valid for 6 months from issue date.

If you have ordered the incorrect size, we offer a resizing service for a nominal fee.
Shipping costs and custom duties will not be refunded or credited.

Return shipping costs are at the cost of the customer. Sale items, items purchased in conjunction with a promotion or coupon code, items that have been worn, customised, resized or bespoke items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.



CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to change or cancel an order, you must contact us at hola@sofiarochajewels.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders can not be cancelled after production has begun. Sale items are final sale and can not be cancelled after purchase is completed.



PRODUCT DETAILS

All images on sofiarochajewels.com are a representation of the product- actual finishes and colours of metals and gemstones may vary depending on your computer screen & variations in natural gemstones. Any imperfections or alterations express the value and uniqueness of each piece.

The jewelry products are made of bronze, silver or 18K solid gold with the use of both synthetic and precious stones. Their processing takes place in an artisanal way through an entirely manual process that ensures their authenticity. Depending on the ph of the skin, these metals could cause discoloration on the skin. All the jewels made are nickel free.



VERMEIL AND GOLDPLATED PIECES

Vermeil and goldplated pieces have a shelf life and the metal underneath will start to shine after a while. All the goldplated/vermeil pieces are made of bronze but if you want it to be made of silver you can request it.
The duration of the plate depends on the use you give it and the ph of your skin, so I recommend if you are going to buy gold-plated rings, do not use them every day and only for special occasions, or if not, you want a piece for daily use the best is silver or invest in solid gold.
